Recrutador offers live interview assistance which seems designed for companies that need support during interviews without a dedicated HR team. How did you decide on the balance between AI-driven live help and maintaining a simple user experience for small businesses?

Hi Maria, its designed to transcribe the audio from both interviewer and candidate, and act on the text only. Up first, even before the first candidates arrives, we generate the questions list that will be used as a starting point for all interviews, the Live Assistant streams those questions on the Recrutador HUD desktop app, and a vector-based algorithm matches the questions the interviewer is asking with the streamed questions, without any manual intervention. Every time it detects a complete "Question + Answer" pair, it triggers the evaluation engine, and generates a Follow Up based on a series of conditions and may refer information that the candidate brought up during the interview. So its a semi-structured, reactive process. We start with a pre-defined list of questions, and deepen it based on role requirements and candidate knowledge on the subject. Thanks for your question!
